What is Smart Start?

Mission:

To maximize the potential of each young child through all available public and private resources.

Smart Start Outcomes:

  • Oklahoma children will live in families where adults nurture, teach and provide for them.
  • Oklahoma children will be born healthy and remain healthy.
  • Oklahoma children will learn and play in high quality child care setting when their families need those services.
