Immunization requirements in Oklahoma
  EPSDT Schedule Persons under 21 who are receiving medical benefits may receive health and dental screenings and follow-up treatment for certain conditions. Providers include physicians, health departments, schools and some local health clinics. These exams are available on a periodic schedule based on the age of the child. These will include a well child exam, hemoglobin, height, weight, blood pressure, lead test, hearing and vision exams. This will also include a dental exam including any follow-up care needed and prophylaxis.
