	This housing subdivision will provide new homes for 18 low- and very low-income families in southeast Oklahoma.  The project involves a partnership between Little Dixie and USDA Rural Development, Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, the Southeast Oklahoma Enterprise Community, Neighborhood Reinvestment Corp., FannieMae Foundation and many others.
	Speculative housing is just one of Little Dixie's efforts for revitalizing neighborhoods and improving housing conditions.  These homes were developed in Hugo, OK.
	Another spec home developed by Little Dixie.  This home located in south Hugo is among the agency's spec housing development activities.
