Little Dixie's NeighborWorks(R) HomeOwnership Center provides
one-stop shopping for homeownership.
Services
available at the HomeOwnership Center include credit counseling,
credit repair, homebuyer education classes, down payment and closing
cost assistance, and loan packaging.
The
HomeOwnership Center includes facilities for meetings and
conferences. Also housed in the Homeownership Center is the SHARE
program, which provides technical assistance in 11 states to
agencies with self-help housing programs.
The Little
Dixie NeighborWorks(R) HomeOwnership Center offers a variety of
housing programs for low- income and higher income citizens, such as
the self-help housing program, the rehab program for existing
housing, and the spec house program.
